Having spent a couple hours in the library at Camberwell, it was difficult searching books relating space with embroidery (as it's evidently not a common category) so instead I went straight to looking at the art & craft/ sewing / threading instead.

There were some particular pieces that I found in each book that related to my project where by unusual fabric clustered sculptures hung in the middle of the room and elasticated thread stretched across the corner of a room.

The third book I took out was 'Knitting for Dummies' as it is a technique I'm going to explore in this project. Depending whether it is successful or not, it may possibly be a method that I will develop consistently til the end of the 6 weeks.
